After a lot of work over the past 2 days with the forum closed, FroKnowsPhoto is pleased to introduce the long awaited upgrade in appearance and new forum software.

Because of the software changeover you will have to redo some things in your User Control Panel located in the upper left corner.

1.) First, change your password.
2.) You will have to reload any avatar you had. They did not migrate on the changeover.
3.) Any signatures will also have to be redone.

A video of the changes will placed up shortly. We will also be working on some issues i.e. video posting. So please be patient.

How to get a new password:

First visit this link
ucp.php?mode=sendpassword

Fill out your username and email address.

Follow the instructions in your email to log in with the new password that has been provided for you in the email.

You can then edit your password from the user control panel.
Then click on profile, and finally account settings.

Set your new password and you're all set!

One of the features that did not translate well in the moving of databases was the embedding of videos that were on the old forum. As time permits, older posts that contain videos will be edited to have them again embedded on this forum. It will take a lot of time since there are present around 1000 video links that will need to be manually updated.

We now have enabled video embedding and to post a video hit the video button in your post toolbar and paste in the text as indicated below:

We had an issue with direct image uploads to the forum. The issue has now been resolved and has been tested. Please refer to the announcement in the various forum sections for directions if you are unsure as to how to directly upload images to the forum.
